Prime Minister Kurti has the responsibility to have open and reliable relations with the United States. He didn't do that. And he has responsibility to show Kosovo Serbs that they are full citizens and a full future in the Republic of Kosovo. And he didn't absolutely do this”, said Joseph, reported “The Voice of America”.
He has now warned of Belgrade's role, calling for US President Donald Trump to distinguish true friends.
“Take care of American interests and don't be fooled by someone who says he admires you and has excellent relations with you, but behind your backs, he actually builds closer relations with China and leads the Russian and Serbian agenda”, he added.
These statements, Joseph, have on Wednesday provided a Forum of American Congress members and parliament members of European countries and the Western Balkans with security issues held annually in Congress.
