Explaining to the Public
Today during the day, the prime minister's office has been addressed to the Constitutional Court in response to its announcement of February 21, 2025. That's why we're still expecting answers from the Court.
So, reports of the last hour that the Constitutional Court orders Prime Minister Kurti to appear as a witness are not the answers to our letter we have published today, but are based on the Court of the 21st of February whose Office of Prime Minister has responded to today, February 28th (https://www.facebook.com/sharp/12CmUia8hg/?mibetid=wwXIpro).
Whether intentionally or not, the statement that the Constitutional Court has provided media today is being used for misinformation, creating misconception that despite the response of the Office of Prime Minister, the Court has ordered Prime Minister Kurti to appear in the prosecutor.
