The prosecution has suggested that, for this case, it has authorised Kosovo police for undertaking all actions.
“Sic we have informed you of the Founding Prosecutor Gjakova, regarding a (1) election day case, informing you that he authorized the Kosovo Police, for undertaking all actions related to this case”, the prosecution in Gjakova suggested.
