Bomb alert at a school in Tirana

A bomb alarm at a school has set up the capital's police at noon Friday.

According to preliminary reports, the alarm for the bomb has been given through an email message, which has forced teachers to get the students out.

The English - written message stated that a bomb had been planted in the school environments that would explode in 43 minutes.

Police services and the Antixplosive Unit have gone immediately to the scene where students and school staff had evacuated.

Meanwhile, that Police Services, Anti-terror structures in co-operation with cyber-crime investigation specialists are working on explaining the circumstances and identifying the senders of this threatening email to the school, A2CNN reports.

A message has also been sent to parents about this threat by school officials.

We inform you that an email was sent to the school and that students should leave home. We're cooperating with the police. No panic, and all the kids are fine! Child transportation will be by truck or by parent's side if possible. We'll remain in contact”.
