A lawsuit for sexual assault filed in California against Sean “Diddy” Combs, Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian Drusski was dismissed by the federal court on December 16th, due to procedural shortcomings on the part of the plaintiff, Ashley Parham.
According to Judge Rita F. Linn, Parham lost some key deadlines, failed to prove that indictees were officially notified and, after her lawyer stepped down in September, did not ensure new legal representation.
The indictment was dropped without prejudice, allowing Parham to reopen the case if he finds a lawyer and meets the legal requirements. The charges, related to an alleged incident in 2018, have been denied by the three indictees. / AP/
