Just hours ago, Toyota published an ad in Japan where the future model appears next to his predecessors, LFA and 2000GT. The powerful sound of the V10 engine is linked to the classic sequence of six cylinders before innovation plays V8 engine music.

The video also offers a good picture of GR GT without camouflage. Toyota has lowered the lighting to hide smaller details, but the vehicle line and broad back shoulders remain visible. The front and back lights also remind them of the GR010 Le Mans model for the 2026 season. Although the video clearly shows the road version, it is also in preparation for the racing model with GT3 specifications. Toyota has recently confirmed the development of a new V8 engine, perhaps even used by the company's luxury branch. It is very possible that the version of Lexus Sport Concept will use this very eight - cylinder engine, and the V8 is expected to gradually enter standard patterns, reports the Telegraph.

The new internal-burning engine is said to have two turboters and capacity of 4.0 litres. However, Toyota has yet to publish concrete technical data and has not confirmed whether the engine will be in a hybrid version. On the other hand, access to a manual box is minimal.

This Toyota won't be free. Six figures are expected, but still lower than the LFA Lexus. Actually, everything under 150 thousand euros would not be a surprise, some media write. Toyota does not, as with LFA, want the price to enter the territory where Lamborghini and other exotic brands dominate.
