The head of the Regional Co-ordination Division in Mitrovica in Central Labour Inspectorate, Nexhat Fazliu, has returned to office after his suspension from work. The decision on his return is made by the Independent Civil Service Supervisor Council, which has approved him as based on his whole complaint.
In a Facebook post, Fazliu has stated that his suspension was unfounded and unfair, stressing that it was done without any evidence or legal basis from those who did not have legal authorization for such a decision.
According to Fazliu, his suspension came as a consequence of his professional and legal actions, including the punishment of Milan Radojiciqi and his co-operation with the Special Prosecutor and Economic Crimes Police in Pristina, who have investigated the origin of Radojic's property.
