The judge clashs with Naim Mursel's Cocall Concert for the Liridona Ademij case

The defendants, Naim Murseli and Granit Plava, said they have decided at today's session of Liridona Ademiaj's murder to speak through the lawyers they hired. So declared the question by the head of the court, Fatime Dermak.

But when the suspect's question came up, Concert Kokola reacted to his lawyer, who had a disagreement with the judge, who asked him not to interfere.

After that, the lawyer who protects Naim Mursel reacted.

If you're in a hurry, let's just do it and get rid of it then tell us and we're fine, but you're denying us the basic rights we have as defenders...”, the lawyer said.

Judge Dermak, however, warned them with the reasoning that she has the right to discuss or defend another defendant.

Would you sit down? Sit down. You represent Naim Mursel. The law forbids you to discuss and protect the interests of another defendant”. Advised to the defense of defendant Naim Murseli not to hinder the court's work because the same is the defense of accused Naim Murseli”, the judge said.

At the Foundation Court in Pristina, the initial hearing for the murder of Liridona Ademij has begun.

Under numerous police forces, Naim Murseli, Cocallal Concert, Granit Plava and Tome Dodaj, who are charged with the murder case of Liridona Ademi on November 29, 2023.

Before the Court were released the videos, which were sent as evidence to lawyers after the Cocall Protection Protector, Dodaj Light, claimed not to be opened.

The first session in the case of Liridona Ademiaj's murder on January 27th 2025 had failed to be held because the defense of the accused had not been equipped with all the subject papers.

The prosecution's indictment states that Mursel, Plava, and Kokola had previously agreed that the murder would be carried out by the accused Plava with an agreement for Murseli to pay him 30 thousand euros. The entire plan for the murder of Liridona was reportedly made by her husband, now accused Naim Mursel, as a result of the disorder of family and marriage reports, where his desire for revenge arose.

The indictment reportedly originally revealed the plan to the Cocae from Mursel, but he had refused to find an opportunity to kill Liridona, and then Kokola had found the Plava, with which Naim had announced it. And Naim Murseli himself, reportedly secured a 20-round weapon from accused Tom Dodaj, from whom he bought it for 280 euros. With this gun, it was now the death of the deceased.
