The government has approved the allocation of 500 thousand euros for Gaza, at the meeting it has held Friday.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said the Palestinian people need humanitarian support as a result of the war that has been fought since October 2023. He has called for the current ceasefire there to be used for achieving lasting peace.
The conflict in Gaza has caused major losses for the Palestinian people. To rebuild their country, they need the help of other countries. For this reason the MPJ has asked the MF to allocate half a million euros in support for the Palestinian people. The government calls for the ceasefire to be used for achieving lasting peace.
And, Finance Minister Iron Murati has shown the money-sharing plan.
“nets according to point 1 of this decision are separated by unforeseen spending on the program Unforeseen Exploitations, on the category of reserves, and transferred to MPJD in the category of subsidies and transfers”.
The government has approved the proposal for the appointment of Anton Ahmeti to the position of Secretary General in the Ministry of Finance.
