According to the complaint filed by the AAK, Gervala during this rally, in her address, called Haradinaj <x0-generial self-declared”, and then went on with the words “so I think that much less deserves respect for who makes personal or family sacrifice and uses it for justification for corruption crime, murder or fraud<3>.
“The complainer points out that the statements made are nothing more than an attempt to manipulate public opinion, where it is clearly seen that Swarc accuses the leader of an opposition party for assassins and criminals”, it says in complaint.

In response to this complaint, the VV said that Gervala never said that statement, writes Reporter.
The panel says that after watching the material, it is seen that Gervala has used insulting and denigrating languages inciting hatred of other political subjects.
“According to the panel's content of the candidate's declaration for MP from the ranks of the Google Donica Grovalla Schwartz list, it is considered stimulating and hateful to others under the electoral campaign, and that this is considered violation of the electoral rules in Kosovo, because the action taken at the time of the election campaign, context and the move that has been addressed is intended to create tension or promote feelings of hatred and division. The panel estimates that parties and candidates are obliged to respect electoral ethics and avoid actions that could bring uncertainty or exacerbate the political atmosphere and in general the atmosphere of instability. Using such language could harm the democratic process and increase tensions in the country. This is a violation of rules that require a peaceful, fair and direct” campaign, the decision says.
The Vetevendosje movement has 15 days to pay the fine, from the day of its integrity.
