Low, dishonest, fraud and entirely curious are calls by VV officials for the non-servation of the Serbian List.
By law, it is the Government, not the CEC or the PZAP, which declares parties or individuals criminal or terrorist organisations. On this legal basis, Kurti on October 27, 2021, had imposed sanctions on seven individuals and the company AID-ar Properties for their ties to Lebanon's military group, Hezbollah. For the people of Hezbollah, Kurti could handle the Serbian list himself but wants to do the job.
For four years, the VV leads Kurti as Prime Minister and Albulen Haxhiun as justice minister, having parliamentary majority. Neither the opposition, nor the media, nor the civil society have stumbled, nor would they be able to prevent Kurt from sanctioning anyone from Serb lists. His failure to act and his current accusations, as well as “). The patriotic” he does in the CEC and PZAP, are just food for illiterates and nothing more.
