The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment after nearly a year after the 45-person attack in Banjska led by former Serbian List Vice President Milan Radojicic, where Kosovo Police Sergeant Africa Bulnjak remained dead.
After the attack on where the sergeant was killed, the Radojici group fled to the Banjska hotel. The prosecution's witness shows how much members of Radojicic's group were paid.
The father of the 27-year-old accused, Vladan Iliić, receives a phone call from his son telling him he needs to leave the Banjska hotel.
Later, the father realizes that his son has walked for four and a half hours and has made his way to Serbia.
The group had borne injuries that were treated in Novi Pazar and Belgrade, one of them had died there.
