“A year ago we introduced the new Western Balkans growth plan, work has begun to turn results forward and celebrate these achievements, which you Balkan leaders must be very proud of”.
“Tirana is with the fastest growing airport in Europe. Kosovo, its economic reforms are benefiting, and praised by the IMF. Montenegro has just experienced increased credit rating”, Von der Leyen has said.
