Presevo Mayor Ardita Sinani has indicated that the march of Albanians against discrimination from Belgrade will continue on 23 September.
She has said that after Bujanoc, where the protests were held in August, she will now march in Presevo.
Among the goals of the march is the failure to make repeated addresses, recognition of diplomas, and other requests.
“proteta continues. To identity and dignity! Let's march, all together. Against discrimination, oppression and violations committed to Albanians in the Presevo Valley. Let's march for equality and justice! In August we were in Bujanoc, in September we're in Presevo to prove we're one. Our problems can no longer be postponed. No less than ours, never more, but always what we deserve”, wrote Sinan.
“To cut down on their addresses, to recognize our diplomas, to jobs and to open institutions for all. For implementation of signed agreements and for meeting state obligations to Albanians in the Presevo Valley. For victory with the Court, for institutions where Albanians are represented! This is for all of us, for our dignity and identity. Go out and march”, she said.
