These statements, Beqiri made on Thursday at the Constitutional Court in Pec, in the case where Tush Frokaj is accused of killing friend-in-law A.P., with seven bullets in Kline, reports the “Justice Vow”.

Bekiri had been working as a waiter at the “Coyote” bar in Kline, where the murder occurred.

According to him, about 4: 30 p.m. that day, he saw a stranger entering the club with a hat on his head, and he had recently heard 5 or 6 gunshots.

The shooter was wearing a hat. He committed the murder there, when he shot, turned his head and saw the gun in his hand”, said witness Beqiri.

Similarly, the witness Jeton Prelaj, the victim's brother who has clarified certain circumstances regarding his family and the accused, Frokaj.

According to the witness, prior to the critical day, his sister A., (the former wife of now the accused), had asked her to send her son to Tush Frakaj.

I'm in Tushi, Tushi's condition has been good. I didn't go in there, because I didn't want to waste my time with his father. There's some property going on. A., he called me and said that N., (boy) is going back home to A., and I'm going to go get”, said witness Prenay.

He said the accused's son ran right into his car and walked into it.

According to the witness, his brother, now the late A., had helped the accused on everything and did not understand why the accused did so. He says he's probably been for capital or more upset his sister, the accused's ex-wife.

The Witness said that his sister had always struggled as a wife to help and rid her of evil.

The trial is expected to continue in October.

According to the indictment, issued on March 12th 2024 by the Constitutional Prosecutor at Pec, Tush Frokaj, is charged with being denied life to his son-in-law, A.P., and threatened the lives of other persons and injured F.R. Frokaj is being charged with firing a gun seven times towards A.P., leaving him dead.

With this, it is accused of committing criminal work “grave murder”, by Article 173, par.1, below. 1.5 Penal Code.

Always in accordance with the indictment provided by “The Justice Trust”, Frokaj is also tasked with illegal weapons, after being found with a ten-round rifle, a belt of handgun equipment, pistol case, a metal rod, another thirteen rounds, two rounds of hunting rifles, gun cleaning equipment, and a knife.

With this, it is charged to have committed criminal work “ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, from Article 366, par.1 of the Criminal Code.

According to the indictment, after committing a criminal offence, the accused Frokaj on the critical day appears at “Mother Teresa” in Cline, stops the Golf VI car, which was driven by the A.T., where he also points his pistol to “Sig Sauer”, and under threat of gun pointing at him and forcing him to drive toward the village of Slugman. Always according to the indictment, the injured had stopped the car and had left where the accused had later taken the car and fled. With this, it is said to have committed criminal work “Conspiracy”, from Article 192, par.2, subpar.2.1 and 2.3 related to par.1 of KPRC.

In the indictment, it is also said that after stopping the car from being damaged and driven away from the car, Frokaj takes the car and escapes, and then leaves that car at his house, which he is thus charged with the criminal work “Remarging into possession of active property” by Article 319, par.1 of KPRK.

In the indictment, prosecutor Ersan Qavolli has demanded that in the case of the defendant's conviction, as grave circumstances in determining the sentence be taken on the basis of the manner of committing criminal acts, past criminal and defendants, family ties and defendants to the victim, and that the deceased had now assisted several times the defendants.

The accused Frokaj was also sentenced to two acts of formal form, which, according to the indictment, had proved that one of the objectives of the sentence that is in his resocialisation had never been reached.
