Three of the 42 defendants for the terrorist attack that left Kosovo Police Sergeant Africa Bulnjaku dead in Zvecan Banjska, which has been in custody since 24, 25 September, respectively.
For the remaining 42 defendants in the case “Banjska”, the trial is proposed to be held in their absence.
The indictment for the attack on Banjska was set up two weeks ago by the Special Prosecutor.
The case attorney, Naim Abazi, had stated that 66 interviews with witnesses and defendants were conducted in the case, received 120 electrical equipment as evidence, and 1266 weapons and other equipment were seized.
