The terrorist attack was organised by a group of Serbs, where organising and participating was former Serbian List Deputy Chairman Milan Radojic, the person close to Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.
Shortly before the terrorist attack takes place a year, Kosovo Special Prosecutor has filed charges against 45 people, while they are charged with criminal acts “carrying out terrorist activity”, “Heavy Anti-Reliance and Security Action of the Republic of Kosovo”, “Reforstation and financing in carrying out terrorism” and “Money laundering”
