Three of them were arrested during September last year and are in custody, while Milan Radojic and the others are in Serbia.

The hearing will be launched by around 09:30, so confirmed on Telegrafi, Pristina Foundation Court spokeswoman Mirlinda Gashi. The initial hearing in this criminal case is scheduled to be held on September 25, 2024, at 9:30<18x1>, she said.

By contrast, today on September 24, 2024, it was one year since the terrorist attack on Banjska in Zvecan, which resulted in police killing African Bunnjak, another injured and one injured.

Radojciq himself, through his lawyer, admitted to being organising and participating in the attack.

So far, Kosovo Special Prosecutor has filed charges against 45 people, while they are accused of criminal acts “of carrying out terrorist activity”, “Serious actions against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo”, “Fugitive and financing in carrying out terrorism” and “Money laundering”
