Tahiri: Sovereignty in the north does not exist, Kurti with empty confidence for opening Ibër Bridge

Former chief negotiator Edita Tahiri does not expect continued dialogue until after the elections in the spring. According to her, the process for normalising Kosovo relations- Serbia has been trapped for two years now, for which it considers Serbia is benefiting.

In the interview for Kosova Prees, Tahiri speaks of government reports with international partners, for which she blames Prime Minister Albin Kurti for isolating Kosovo.

It declares that sovereignty in the north does not exist and that the initiative for opening the Ibër Bridge, Kurti began alone and failed.

The former minister for dialogue says the participation of the heads of state at regional meetings does not even imply official visits.

Tahiri added that the executive leader is not bringing success to Kosovo, but only failures.

As for the opening of the Ibër Bridge, Tahiri considers it only started Albin Kurti, who he says failed.

Edita Tahiri, who has once conducted talks with Serbia in Brussels, also speaks of reports between the president and prime minister, as the head of state Vjosa Osmani has broken out in statements against the government.

Tahiri does not expect continued dialogue before the February 9th election process, for which he hopes in the political rotation.
