The leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Besnik Tahiri, after the assembly of the Parliamentary Headship, has announced that at Thursday's session, the Law for Public Officials and the Kosovo Youth Escape will be discussed.
Tahiri said 45 information technology officials have left in the municipality, with the goal of only cutting to wages.
This law is also aimed at partisanising the middle level in administration, and also, discrimination has been made against information technology officials in municipalities. 45 information technology officials have been removed to the municipality, with the sole aim of cutting to the salary of”, Tahiri said.

The Kosovo Assembly has two key themes at Thursday's session: The law for public officials and the departure of young people from Kosovo.
Although there have been comments from the EU and the Venice Commission, this government continues to aim to capture state administration through this law. It brings back the right to task manager for two years (1+1). The current government continues to hold a large number of task makers, placing them under party influence.
This law is also aimed at partisanising the middle level in administration, and there has also been discrimination against information technology officials in municipalities. 45 information technology officials have been removed from the municipality, with the sole goal of landing.
The next topic will be the departure of young people from Kosovo. The past four years have shattered the hope of a good life and employment. This massive escape is now reflected in the population census. This is being done because of the lack of hope and justice in the country.
As for the work of the Parliament and Government, all laws that give meaning to life; such as the Law of the Salaries, the salary coefy, the Health Insurance Law, the Labour Law, the Law for Health has been passed. The government talks about unemployment of 4%, a manipulated figure compared to reality. According to this government, Kosovo has less unemployment than EU countries and smaller than Switzerland.
My first request in the Parliament's Headship was to discuss the three years of governance, but the prime minister is not present, making the debate meaningless.
As for topics that connect with regional initiatives, I stressed that Kosovo is on the blacklist of each regional, EU and each US initiative.
We are excluded from the Defender Europe 2023 exercise where the Kosovo Army should attend. We are under EU sanctions, and little optimism is that these sanctions can be lifted. For four years we have no new recognition.
After 24 September last year, it had to change Serbia's EU treatment because we had an attack. And tomorrow is the anniversary of the murder of a national hero, Africa Bulnjak, and it's supposed to have better treatment.
But what has happened by our government is that they themselves have been excluded from non-cooperative logic, and by self-explicating, they have allowed the story about Kosovo to make Kosovo's enemies at the table of regional discussions.
