The hearing was postponed at a request for protection, since the same ones said they did not have all the test course as the next session was scheduled on October 8th.
The former KEK chief chief is suspected of using the official task”, the indictment filed by the Special Prosecutor on 19 August of this year.
According to the indictment, Krasniqi, beginning on October 15th of 2021 and continuing until April 19, 2023, in the quality of the official person, allegedly committed the criminal work “the mismanagement of official position or authority”.
He was arrested on April 19th, under suspicion of three criminal acts, misuse of office, influence exercise, and conflict of interest. The case includes two single-source contracts worth 3.5m euros.
After his arrest, he was suspended at KEK's helm.
Krasniqi was released from custody, with the decision of the Constitutional Court in Pristina in September 2023.
