For this reason the court has considered there are no conditions for keeping the initial hearing.

The Kosovo Special Prosecutor charges them with war crimes, namely murder, torture, inhumane treatment, intimidation, destruction of property, mass deportation and ethnic cleansing of the Albanian national population in the Istog Community.
