Manuel Sarrazin, Germany's special emissar for the Western Balkans, presented an interview yesterday that spoke on many topics, including the Berlin Summit for CEFTA.
In the interview for Anjuta RTK- in, Sarrazzin said it comes from a political background that is very pro-Kosovo.
In addition, Sarrazin also used an interesting metaphor, saying that “cannot give gifts to those who do not love Santa”.
“I come from a political background that is very pro-Kosovo. We have been engaged in Kosovo's independence since the first day, even before 2008, and you probably remember my personal commitment when there was debate about the exchange of territories and many other debates, but I must clearly say that we will surely salute the flag and the state of Kosovo, of course, all will be invited. Prototolalic issues will be the same, even on Christmas Eve, but if they want to participate in those Christmas gifts, then they have to make decisions. So we can't give gifts to those who don't love Santa. So we want to unlock the whole process, not just keep a summit for face to face. So on one side we need Kosovo to be part of the table or we will continue the table without Kosovo. A bilateral mechanism to be signed without Kosovo, so to make decisions for five members, not for sixHe stressed Sarraz.
