Rukiqi mocks Svechla: Russia and Serbia who are buying gulls and pauls learn attention

The deputy chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Berat Rukiqi, has been scoffing at the reasoning of Interior Minister Jhelal Svecla, who initiated the number of single-source tenders and reasoned with the risks Kosovo faced by Serbia and Russia.
