Also, defendants S.G., A.H., H.A., and O.A., dated 19,06.23, midnight, Pristina, on the fourth floor of the residential facility located on “S. M.”, they possessed weapons contrary to the applicable law regarding weapons, so that during the search exercised by Kosovo Police at the scene, the same people were found in possession of three (3) firearms and a considerable number of bullets. With these actions, the same has committed the criminal work, possession, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons from Article 366 pars. 1 related to KPRK Article 31”, said the announcement.

According to the prosecution's report, defendant O.A., it is said that in the high apartment in Pristina, it causes great danger to the lives of people who have been inside the apartment, namely, defendants S.G., A.H., and H.A., in the way that with pistols fired several times towards the earth (screw) of this apartment, with céras causing serious danger for their lives.
