A State Department spokesman has been declared Tuesday about the anniversary of the terrorist attack in Banjska.
The responsibility for the attack had been claimed by Milan Radojcic, who previously held high positions on the Serbian List political subject.
Radojcic is located in Serbia, meanwhile, Kosovo is seeking its extradition to try it in connection with Africa's murder of Buynjak on 24 September 2023.
But experts see an obstacle to his extradition, as Kosovo and Serbia do not recognise each other.
“As a suspect, it absolutely must be tried. However, there is a very serious legal obstacle; Kosovo and Serbia do not recognise each other. So there is no legal procedure for extradition. I'm not a legal expert, and I'm not sure there's a way out of this. In this case, however, it is a fitting excuse to do nothing. It is certainly a case in which it is necessary, if there is the will of both sides, to find a way to judge that person for the actions he may have committed”, the American Voice told the Serbian language, John Erath, expert at the American Weapons Control Center.
