Police elaborate on 15-year violation case in Suhareka

Police have detailed the case of the 15-year-old violation in Suhareka, suggesting that the police reportedly have left her home Thursday and has not returned until tomorrow.

Police spokesman for the Prizren region, Sacir Bytyqi, has said that by the 15-year-old is understood that during the night she has been associating with two people -- one 16-year-old minor and the other 20-year-old -- where, with the latter, she has admitted having immigration relations.

It was reported in the police that a 15-year-old girl from Suhareka left her house at 2609.2024 at 8:00 and did not return home until the next day, on the 27th,2024, at 1:18x1>.

“Since the minor is under 16 years, based on the Kosovo penal code such a relationship is considered a violation, so at the prosecutor's order, criminal acts have been initiated “Dunumi” and the first suspect has been detained for a 48-hour police ban, while the second suspect is still at stake”, said further on confirmation.
