The murder of Triumf Riza, Ilir Avdullahu is declared innocent: I do not accept this accusation of gossip

The plea about guilt, the accused did so at the initial session Wednesday at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, following reading the indictment by special prosecutor Habibe Salihu, reports “Justice Vowing“.

I'm innocent. I don't have anything to do with this case and I don't accept this act of gossip. To this day, we don't have to do justice, but we have to do it in private justice, and this act I've mentioned in the Prosecutor there's evidence of manipulation, monsters and smuggling”, said Avdullah.

Following the plea about guilt, case judge Valon Kurtaj announced Avdullah and his defender, lawyer Rame Dresaj that within the 30-day deadline, they have the right to contest evidence and demand to drop the indictment.

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) on September 2nd, 2024, has filed charges at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, against defendants Ilir Avdullahu, who is in charge of criminal work “grave murder”.

“According to defendant I.A. Co-ordination with now convicts A.B. and F.A. as well as defendants E.S. and R.A. As an organised group have committed the criminal offence of serious murder, from Article 147 paragraphs 1 under paragraph 3 and 9 concerning Article 23 of the Kosovo Penal Code”, the report said.

Ilir Avdullahu, known as “Lisa”, was arrested on July 16, 2023, as for years he was wanted as a suspect in the murder of Triumf Riza.

Enver Sekiraqa, accused of inciting police murder, is also being tried. Sekiraqa on May 3, 2024, was sentenced to 25 years in prison. The same is on the run.
