Murati, through a Facebook post, has said the essence of resolving the East Kosovo problem lies in turning it into issues that require mutually mutual solutions to Serbs in northern Kosovo.

“Albanians in Presevo, Bujanoc and Medvedja are among the most discriminated against citizens today in Europe. So every protest and request of them is right. But the essence of the solution to the East Kosovo problem lies in turning it into issues that require mutually the solution of Serbs to Kosovo's north. And it can only be done if this issue is reached at the negotiating table between Kosovo and Serbia”, Murati has said.

“Is it too late for this approach? I don't believe, because nothing has been resolved in reports between Kosovo and Serbia. But this task belongs to the Kosovo government, and especially to this government that has come to power with great promises of reciprocity, but which never put the issue of eastern Kosovo in talks as an issue requiring serious access outside the policies of the populist daily statements”, he said.
