Defendants H.J. and K.G., it has been assigned the detention measure by the Constitutional Court in Pristina, after allegedly doing unauthorized narcotics production and processing in co-ordination.
The founder has announced Monday that defendants will be held in custody for a month, as the assessment reportedly if left in freedom, the danger of their escape exists.
They are arrested Sunday (22 September) in Pristina, where they were caught in a drug lab in the “Breg district of the Sun”.
“The court estimated that the appointment of the detention measure is adequate and necessary, because if the defendants are left in freedom, there is the danger of their departure, the same could be avoided by criminal procedures, given the circumstances and the way criminal acts were committed, there is either risk that they can commit annihilation, change of evidence in concrete cases, and influence witnesses. Thus, the Court estimates that the release of the defendants could greatly jeopardise the right development of the” criminal procedure, the report said.
