Still without meeting date between Kosovo and Serbia

Although the date of the upcoming meeting between Kosovo and Serbia has not been disclosed, with EU mediation, EU envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Miroslav Lajcak, came to Pristina to set a new round of negotiations. Insisting the Republic of Kosovo for opening the bridge over the Iber River and closing parallel institutions in northern municipalities in the country, it appears to have stepped up the EU's demand for quick negotiations between the parties.
However, the recognition of political issues in the country, Dorajet Imer, is considering that during Lajcak's mandate, Kosovo-Kosovo dialogue. Serbia has neither produced the right results nor influenced the sides' positions.
His “Array, of course, can be considered in the continuation of efforts to keep dialogue alive, which in addition to not offering appropriate fruit it has already pushed the parties to maintain even more remote positions. Of course, the European Union is considering it should review and re-demiment dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia because the way it is now seen has not brought about the results of the fruitful and necessary”, Imer said.
The current conflict in terms of dialogue is extremely negative, says analyst Artan Mujajeri.
The “specifically in recent days has had an even greater departure between Kosovo and Serbia's political positions, and the Bridge issue has damaged even more the possibility of having any approach. So there's not much chance of positive expectations. This may be just a formalization that is in the function of creating the idea of dialogue is continuing, but in a qualitative way, I don't think there will be any significant positive changes”, Muhajer said.
Meanwhile, Professor Mazbul Baraliu said that during the term of emissary Lajcak there has been nothing new but animations and calculations in Serbia's favour.
“Definitely EU foreign policy not only with the emissary Lajcak but also with representative Borell and other representative Peter Stano spokespersons and other officials who have clearly been unprincipled, not in the spirit of values and principles in which the European Union was founded, rather than in the spirit of approaching and unifying their co-ordination efforts in dialogue to reconcile and normalise relations between Kosovo and Serbia<1>, Barali has said.
Kosovo and Serbia in dialogue on normalisation of reports in Brussels in 2013 had reached an agreement on the elimination of parallel institutions, but this agreement was never implemented by Serbia.
