Insisting the Republic of Kosovo for opening the bridge over the Iber River and closing parallel institutions in northern municipalities in the country, it appears to have stepped up the EU's demand for quick negotiations between the parties.

Meanwhile, Professor Mazbul Baraliu said that during the term of emissary Lajcak there has been nothing new but animations and calculations in Serbia's favour.

Kosovo and Serbia in dialogue on normalisation of reports in Brussels in 2013 had reached an agreement on the elimination of parallel institutions, but this agreement was never implemented by Serbia.
