Lajcak said Serbia has withdrawn Brnabiqi's letter to the deal, Gervala: I believe you're talking about partial attraction.

The European Union's emissary for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has today declared that Serbia has withdrawn the letter it sent to the EU last year for the agreement on the road to normalisation of reports and the annex for implementation, Express reports. This statement, Lajcak made after meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislim, where he confirmed they are [...]
This statement, Lajcak, issued after meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, where he confirmed that they have agreed on the date of the upcoming meeting at the level of chief negotiators.
Lajcak said the agreement is valid in its entirety and that they are working on implementation.
The Ohrid Agreement is legally binding in its entirety and we are working on implementation. Neither side has withdrawn from this agreement, and we have discussed both Kosovo and Serbia, how to speed up implementation. Former Prime Minister Anna Brnabyq's letter has been withdrawn. There are statements here, where they don't help at all. But the agreement as such is valid in its entirety, and beyond that, the agreement has already become part of the European road of Kosovo and Serbia”, Lajcak said before reporters.
Chief diplomat Donika Gervala was asked about this statement. Gervalla said there is no information about whether Serbia has withdrawn this letter, but added that he believes Lajcak has been talking about partial withdrawal.
While we were at the meeting with Minister Fidan, Lajcak's conference was held. Therefore, I don't have any kind of information about any other new steps of Serbia related to attracting any kind of document. I believe that Mr. Lajcak, speaking of a partial withdrawal of that letter from former Prime Minister Anna Brnabyq, who, however, does not back down from not recognising the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo, which is a completely unacceptable approach for us as Republika”, Grovalla said at the conference he held after meeting with Turkey's top diplomat, Hakan Fidan.
The drill reiterated the demand for comprehensive review of the dialogue process.
“We need a review of the process as a whole we need new persons coming to Brussels and taking on new tasks to have a clear strategy on where the negotiation process between Kosovo and Serbia leads, even what this process will look like. We have an agreement last year in February, and we have an agreement reached in Ohrid. We expect all parties to adhere to their vows. But, as we have seen so far, Serbia is far away...”, Gervala said.
Otherwise, Serbia's then Prime Minister Anna Brnabyq, last December, sent the EU a letter through which Serbia expressed reservations for the Agreement on the road to normalisation of reports, reached in Brussels, and the Anex for implementation, reached in Ohrid.
In that letter it said, among other things, that the agreement is only acceptable in a context that does not refer to the de facto and de jure recognition of Kosovo.
