Kurt's meetings on the government balcony continue, with Rashiqi and Krasniqi waiting for Attiqi with staff

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has hosted the Northern Mitrovica Chairman Erden Attic, deputy chairman Katarina Aãončić, as well as directors of this municipality's directors at a working breakfast on the government balcony.

Along with the prime minister were his subordinate, Minister for Communities and Kthim, Nenad Rassic and Local Power Management Minister Elbert Krasniqi.

As the prime minister's office said, the central topics were municipal governance, achievements and challenges, and co-operation with the central level.

Kurti and the two ministers said they were notified about the works of directors, municipal services that are steadily increasing, investments in maintaining roads and public spaces, and co-operation with central agencies.

“From municipal directors were singled out progress and preparations for the start of the process of legalising objects and drafting development plans, creating the database for social cases that need institutional support, recruiting new professional staff, functioning of the Agency's business registration office, where 89 businesses have been registered so far, then functioning intranetry and launching archive digitisation, as well as plans to provide digital services for the first time through e-kios<1x>

The meeting also discussed opportunities for new co-operation, including those between municipalities in the country's north and new projects for what government support is needed.

Prime Minister Kurti commended the northern Mitrovica municipality's leaders and staff for the work and improvement of citizens' services indiscriminately, for the multiethnic composition of the government cabinet and for good and professional co-operation with the ministries and the prime minister's office in implementing projects in the interests of the municipality. He offered Chairman Attic and Deputy Chairman Aãončić full support to both the ministries of the line in addressing their demands and proposals aimed at the economic and social development of the North Mitrovica municipality and the quality and efficiency of services to citizens”.
