John Alite is a former family member notorious “Gambino” in New York.
Alite was sentenced in 2008 to ten years in prison for double killings and several other crimes.
However, he received a mild sentence because of his cooperation with the American authorities against the Mafia clan he worked for. After six years of suffering punishment, the American authorities released him on parole.
The Gambino/Gambino” is a large Italian band of Cosa Nostra in New York. Alite was part of the clan in the mid-1980s and early 2000s, under orders from John Gott.
