Kurti has said those measures proposed by Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq are being made out of despair.
His “These requirements are made of a despair and represent non-transitionality and are not at all peaceful, but part of the aggressive campaign for new conflicts that obviously have no place in Kosovo”, Kurti said.
The prime minister has said that three conditions Kurti has proposed must first be discussed, which he holds are peaceful and rational.
“S first need to talk about the three conditions I have imposed that are peaceful and rational, the first is the surrender of Milan Radojici, the signing of the agreement, and the withdrawal of Brnabisic's letter saying he does not accept Kosovo's independence, nor the seat in the UN for Kosovo nor does he respect territorial integrity”, Kurti said.
On Friday, Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, introduced five measures for Kosovo.
According to the presentation, it includes the return to the situation of “prior to Kosovo's unilateral decisions; Kosovo's proclamation as a special protection zone; the reinforcement of further Serbian institutions in Kosovo; the establishment of a special prosecutor for prosecuting human rights abuses and violations in the Kosovo area; and the decision on lawlessness of all institutions established in Kosovo following the unilateral declaration of independence<1>.
