“in June 1999, Hashim Thaci and his companions returned victorious from the fronts of the war for Kosovo's liberation. Aware that after freedom, the way for the establishment of the state had just begun, on September 6th that same year, Hashim Thaci, as Prime Minister of the Interim Government, inaugurated the Kosovo Police Service School, which after the country's independence was transformed into Kosovo Police”, Krasniqi wrote.
Since that day, according to him, tens of thousands of Kosovo citizens have served in their country's uniform, guaranteeing security, peace and stability in the country.
Therefore, today, on the 25th anniversary of the establishment of our Police, he expressed the deepest gratitude to women and men who have served with honor, responsibility, and pride over the years.
