For this, he has said the current government is the worst example of caring for the elderly, calling for the VV to stop being voted.
Gashi has said that during Kurti Government's mandate, nothing has been taken up with promises for pensioners.
“What the Government has offered means is a four-year period that has taken nothing on the issue of pensions, which, in turn, has been binding annually to make the cost of inflation assessment and on the basis of life cost raising pensions, but has not done so. Pensioners are currently in poor condition”, Gashi said.
According to him, the government has violated the society's three most secular categories, adding that it has done nothing for children, youth and pensioners.
I have no explanation, if they've done it with any preconception, it's much worse, I can only say God forgiveness of sins because they don't know what they're doing. They have come into a position to lead the state of Kosovo and in terms of promises of social schemes that they have promised during the campaign, these schemes have violated the three most fragital categories of our society. For children, they have done nothing, and we are the people with the lowest growth in the Balkans and Europe, then they haven't done for our continuing youth and for the pensioners that have left them miserable --”, he said.
He also spoke of the separate means for pensioners, where, according to him, they are like the kind of gift of “babadamer”, which represent nothing.
Gashi stressed that the 100-euro pension is affordable for living in Kosovo.
“They are like kind of a gift to fathers, they represent nothing, it should be regulated on legal basis and with the decision of the Parliament and freeze pensions because it is nothing. There's no way you can see that inflation goes up to 200 percent, and if something we bought three years ago with a euro today you buy it for three euros and there's no way and there's no way, but thanks to the solidarity between generations doing it on traditional grounds because otherwise people had died on the street”, Gashi stressed.
Gashi has said that given no government care for them, the people should not vote on this government, according to him, this Government is the worst example in caring for the elderly.
The ideal pension for pensioners, according to Gashi, is for those with high school preparation must be around 400-450 euros. And those with faculty were 500-600 euros.
The best option would have been for those with high school preparation to be around 400-450 euros. And those with faculty were 500-600 euros. Not with this government doesn't happen there's no way, the government is now ahead of the election campaign now we don't have five months until the election time, so I call the people not to vote on this government anymore, because they are the worst example of care for the elderly”, he concluded.
