Kosovo Nurses' House member: Rifat Latifi resigned from Dejona Mihali's pressure

Enlirat Duraku, from the Oda of Kosovo nurses, has written through a Facebook post that he is convinced that former Health Minister Rifat Latifi has resigned because of pressure from ZKMA or Dejona Mihali.
