The media have revised a text published in a media from Bosnia and Herzegovina. The scripture claimed that Nacional.com and Periscope. com had direct financing from Serbia and the main suspect in the Banjska attack, Milan Radojcic, as well as that these media were under the control of Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq. Following the reaction of the parties, the media had removed the names of Nationals and Periscope. The prosecution claims that published writing conflicts with chapters II, III (inciting and language of hatred) and IV (right to answer) of the Kosovo Code of Written Media. The news is published in online media and the subject of this article is written text, therefore complaints are allowed for treatment and long term. After reviewing the complaint, KMKK finds the complaint based. So it's approved.
After reading complaints and media writing, the Kosovo Radio Television report, respectively, KMSK has found that the media violated the code of ethics concerning reporting the truth, as no part of the document has presented evidence in which the writing of Bosnian media is based. The media has translated script from media“Slobodna Bosna” without interference or preliminary editing. The media had to predominate whether such news, with full assumptions, should be published. KMKK has found that the media has not contacted the media mentioned, their representatives respectively, as chapter IV of the code of ethics requires, for more than that
The case he reported is sensitive and with consequences to the media. KMKK has found that the media through publishing the article has negatively influenced and fostered hatred against two other media, violating Ethics Code Chapter III. So KMK decides that complaints will be approved”, said among other things in the KMSHK decision.
