According to the official announcement, this citizen had been declared international in search, since in 2021 the Court of Kruja has sentenced him to 30 years in prison for deliberately committing murder in co-operation and illegal weapons.
Agron Tufa, in collaboration with national Hysni Rama, has killed with firearms, in Nikel, Kruje, citizen Clady Hysa and later burned his body.
