KFOR Commander Meets With New EU Office Chief in Kosovo

KFOR says Ulutas and Orav have exchanged opinions on recent developments.

KFOR acts as the third security responseer, in close co-ordination with the Kosovo Police and EULEX, who are the first and second security responder, respectively. ”
