Three Serb attackers were also killed in the subsequent shootout.
State leaders have repeatedly blamed Serbia's leadership for the attack, even though the latter have denied responsibility.
There was an indictment, but diplomaticly, the terrorist attack was not exploited by the government.
So at least he's saying former Deputy Interior Minister Valdet Hoxha.
“Unfortunately the case of the terrorist attack in Banjska has not been exploited enough by the Government in a politically-diplomatic way to fully and clearly highlight organisation, financial support, logistical support and training for this terrorist group by a well-organised structure that according to all circumstances and trials relates to the state of Serbia”, Hoxha said.
He said Serbia's impunity, and on the other hand, warning of austerity of measures against Kosovo, has resulted from inadequate diplomacy with international allies.
“A year after this case still has no move against Serbia, while on the other hand the measures imposed on Kosovo have not only not been removed, but Kosovo has also faced the possibility of stiffening the measures. All of this, I believe, has come as a result of inadequate policy and diplomacy and as a result of non-coordination with international partners. Even after the Special Prosecutor's indictment was filed, we are not seeing any government diplomatic activity to expose Serbia's true face in relation to the Banjska”, former Deputy Prime Minister Hoxha said.
Hoxha criticised the government that this government is unable to blow Serbia's true face.
“List Banjska is an attack on the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo by a well-financed, well-financed, well-financed, and intended annexing part of the territory of the Republic of Kosovo to attach to Serbia, and all these elements have a common denominator ʹ organisation and knowledge of Serbia, which unfortunately our country's institutions failed to achieve, and today they are not able to use to disseminate Serbia's true face as a sponsor of tension, conflicts, attacks without any exception of the country's<1>, he was told Pericopi.
Otherwise, the Kosovo Special Prosecutor announced two weeks ago that she has filed charges against 45 people among them, including Milan Radojic, for the armed attack on Banjska. /Periscopi
