Two injured and five arrested by clash among fans at the Fushe Kosova Vushtrria match

A severe beating has occurred today between Fushe Kosovo fans and Vushtrri's in the First League match.

Police spokeswoman for the Pristina region Flora Ahmeti has confirmed the news, where she said two people were injured during the beating, as well as police have arrested 5 suspects.

“Today around 1500 p.m., at the “Ekrem Grejchevci” Stadium in Fushe Kosovo, an incident occurred during a football match, where fans have clashed with strong tools, with which 2 of them have been injured. After putting the situation under control, police in co-ordination with the state prosecutor have launched an investigation into the incident. So far five suspected persons have been arrested”, Ahmeti said.

The match was interrupted for over half an hour because of this event.
