Former Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti has praised the Washington Agreement, which he signed with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq four years ago at the White House. Even, according to him, it remains the best since Kosovo's declaration of independence.
He stressed that Washington's agreement serves state interests, particularly stressing its role in strengthening Kosovo's position on the international stage.
A major achievement he noted was the recognition of Kosovo by Israel on September 4th 2020, which he believes goes beyond simply adding another name to the list of recognitions.
Israel's “Recognition is not just a plus recognition on the list of recognitions we've had. In particular is the message given to other non-recognitional states that still have a” dilemma.
