He has said that it was three times he asked preamble questions about where the 520m euros were spent on public enterprises, but that he has never received answers.
“Transparency regarding the cost of citizen taxes is a constitutional obligation. You can't leave this commitment. There comes a day when we have to hand over the warrant to the next”, he wrote Hoti.
