Germany: Albanian knife in hand screaming “Allahi Akbar” entered the station to kill police

A 29-year-old Albanian has terrorised Germany's Linz am Rhein city today after being stabbed into the police station and seeking to kill German police officers, the newspaper Express.

As German media reports, the 29-year-old has consistently called “Allahi Akbar” and wanted to kill police at the station waving the chopper in his hand.

Koblenz Attorney General Harald Kruse is convinced of this and investigating the remaining “attempted murders by attacking the chopper commissioner”.

As the Bild newspaper writes, the Albanian, who lives in the small town of Linz (Neuwied/6,500 people), had walked towards the “Am Convikt” station on Friday, about 2:40 am.

German investigators have said that radical Islamic motivation is behind this act.

The Albanian arrested is currently in custody, and according to photographs by the police station, the wounded attacker.
