Explosion near a gas pump in Zvecan, police details

An explosion occurred last night after midnight near a gas pump in Zvecan.

This has been confirmed by Deputy Director of the Kosovo Police for the north region Veton Elshani.

He has said that there are no injuries from this explosion except material damage.

Elshan has said that the causes of the explosion are still unknown.

“Around midnight in the vicinity of the gasoline pump, which is in the center of Zvecan, there's been an explosion. There are no injuries from this explosion, while there are material damage to the gas pump lodge and some cars in the vicinity. We can't say yet what caused this explosion, while the relevant units are at the site of the” event, he said.
