The electrotechnic Bachelor Koran tells the prosecution that it could have filed an indictment earlier for Banjska, EU welcomes investigation outcome

The Special Prosecutor has filed charges against 45 people for <x0 ... The ax, delayed, considered power. Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti did not hesitate to express himself. He said this indictment could get up earlier. “I have not seen the indictment I am convinced [...]
He said this indictment could get up earlier.
I haven't seen the indictment yet. I'm convinced it could rise much earlier and be in a new situation today. Of course, as our people say, it's better late than ever. But we must look at its contents so that we can talk about it”, Kurti said.
Even Chief Parliamentary Glauk Konjufca used the phrase “rather late than ever the” to establish the indictment.
After this issue becomes the object of justice, we all focus on having it in the institutions of justice. Must have criminals responsible for the murder of Sergeant Africa in front of justice banks”, he said.
Unlike them, European Union spokesman Peter Stano has welcomed the conclusion of Kosovo Special Prosecutor's Investigations.
Stano at the media conference Thursday has said the European Union is now awaiting the court's decision and has added that Serbia has repeatedly been asked to co-operate over the case.
“The EU welcomes the fact that Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has completed the investigation into the Banjska attack and has filed relevant charges. The EU has consistently repeated expectations that all responsible and involved in this brutal attack be held accountable. Now the trial begins. We're waiting for the completion of the” process, Stano said.
And, from the Democratic Lidja, they have praised the Prosecution's work, saying they did not fall into the trap of politics and government pressure.
“Isufaj and investigators are not caught in the trap of their politics and pressure for a quick indictment coming out of the Government Office Report, which made us sick when they sent him into Europe, thinking they found the offender and now all they have to do is execute him. The report they only believed with, but the professionalism of prosecutors and elite entities whiteened Kosovo's image before allies and saved Kosovo”, Deputy Chairman Lutfi Haziri has said.
While chairmanship member Zafir Berisha has said the indictment set by the Special Court has had to include ministers Xhelal Svecla, Lieburn Aliu and Faton Peci.
In his account in “Facebook”, Berisha has written that the ministers in question, failing to act under Kosovo's laws, have allowed the villa of Milan Radojici, which has been used as a basis for terrorists.
The Special Prosecutor's Act on Rajdojciki and other indictees for the terrorist attack on Banjska highlighted a truth that has been denied by its current regime and explorers. That criminal Radojcik built him at Weiman Lake after 2021, evidence that two witnesses interviewed by the prosecution testified according to the indictment. Not trying to get the prosecutor into their affairs, I think that in the indictment it would be like three ministers (Sfecla, Peci, Aliu), who by not acting by law and their flocks, have allowed the construction of a base for the terrorist group on the territory of Kosovo”, Berisha wrote.
Almost the same request was made by analyst Nedmedin Spahiu.
He has estimated that the Special Prosecution, that such an indictment, has had to be filed against chief parliamentary Glauk Konjufca and Infrastructure Minister Libran Aliu.
According to him, the two officials in question have also voiced statements against the state of Kosovo.
As a prosecutor, it's appropriate that he committed this act to Radojciki, even Glauk Konjufca and Lieburn Ali, so all of these things are for the fall of constitutional gravity”, Spahiu said at Kanal10.
Meanwhile, Kosovo Institute for Justice Director Ehat Miftaraj has praised the work of the Special Prosecutor with the establishment of the indictment for the attack on Banjska, saying it is one of the best acts in recent years.
He has said Banjska's group was indirectly financed by the Government of Serbia, but several small sums have also been granted by Kosovo through tenders that Milan Radoicqi's company won.
If we read the indictment as a whole, we see that the actions that have been taken in the north, we see that all of these actions that have been taken by Radovici and 44 of the others charged have been done mainly with support and indirect financing on the part of the Government of Serbia, but also by a smaller amount given by Kosovo institutions”.
The excise has been raised against 45 defendants: Milan Radojchiq, Blagoje Spasojevic, Vladimir Toliq, Dusan Maksimovic, Vladimir Radivojevicq, Uglje Jarediq, Milorad Jevtiq, Vlastimir Andric, Aleksandar Milosavljevic, Lazar Smigiq, Veljko Djordjekov, Vladimir Vuceqqq, Stefankov, Milo Krqkovje, Urossq, Trajko Vasic, Danilo Vasi, Vukajin Jaqureq, Valjac, Valjackov, Valsavovic, Valsavovic, Valsavovic, Valsavovic, Valsavovic, Valsavovic, Valsavovic, Valovic, Valovic, Valovic, Valovic, Valovic, Valovic, Valsavovic, Valsavovic, Valsavovic, Valsavovov, Valsavov, Valsavovic, Valsavov, Valsavovic, Valsavovic, Valovic.
The Special Act shows that those accused of attacking in Banjska were intent on removing Kosovo north and uniting Serbia. The document shows that the group began to be organised in October 2021, at a meeting attended by Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq. /Periscopi
