In her address to counterparts from the Western Balkans, Grovall presented the perspective of the Republic of Kosovo in the EU integration process and stressed that “Kosovo is the region's leader and witness to both in the field of rule of law and democratic standards, as well as in economic growth, and that it is the country with the greatest civic support for the EU and NATO”.
Gervala invited the group “Minsters of the Western Balkans“to support Kosovo's EU application and provide concrete assistance in addressing December 2022's application, noting that Russia and its allies in the region should not be allowed to detect the pace of EU enlargement.
