These are the decisions made at today's Government Meeting

The Kosovo government today has held the 220th meeting where it has approved:

1. Adopted the Bill for the State Bureau for Verification and Confiscating Unjustified Riches.

2. Complete and modified Government Legal Programme for 2024. In this case, the Renewable Oil and Fuel Products Law is added to the Bill on Changing and Fulfilling.

3. Adopted the Bill on Change and Fulfilling the Accounting Law, Financial Reporting and Audition. The change of this law is expected to increase the integrity of financial practices in Kosovo by linking them with international standards, as well as aimed at ensuring sustainable economic growth.

4. Approved the Order for the Establishment Rules of the College Organization in the Administrative Anes review Process on the Final Inspectation Decision. It aims to define the rules of composition, qualifications and procedure of appointing members of the Collegiant body in the procedure of reviewing administrative complaint against the final decision of inspection.

5. Founded the Ankes Commission for the people who denied the Security Staff Certificate with this composition:

O Avdylkader Mucaj, representative of the Ministry of Defence;

Captain Isa Gashi, Chief of Classified Information and Security Verification, representative of the Kosovo Police;

O Jethish Maloku, representative of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council;

O Teddy Lemon, W. D Director of the Office for Performance and Inspection, under the Justice Inspectation Unit, representative of the Kosovo Judiciary Council;

O representative of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency.

6. Adopted the National Programme for General Protection of the Republic of Kosovo, which aims to build national residence in our country so that our society can prepare to resist, react and recover in cases of natural disasters or armed attacks. The system basically has the support citizens provide on voluntary grounds for the Kosovo Security Force combined with other state structures

7. Named Mr. Bekim Hoxha in the position of Executive Director of the Food and Veterinary Agency.

8. Founded the Ad hoc Commission for Accepting the position of High Steering Category: Executive director at the Kosovo Forest Agency, within the framework of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development.

9. Founded the Adi hoc Commission for Acceptability of the High Steering Catings: Executive Director of the Business Recording Agency in Kosovo.

10. Relocationd budgetary means worth 168,962.00 euros for the realisation of capital projects in the municipality of the Year's municipality and the Novoberda municipality (Artana).

11. Adopted the Iber River Lakes Management Plan, Lepenc and Morave of Binca. By this decision this Management Plan comes to public discussion, aimed at offering comprehensive access to water management, including such aspects as quantity, quality, ecological status, pollution prevention, and economic aspects.

Twelve. Adopted concept-document for Free Jurydic Assistance. It deals with equal access to free legal assistance to all citizens, especially for the most vulnerable and protects the guaranteed rights with our constitution, especially for those who have no financial opportunity to engage a lawyer.

13. Adopted concept-document for the Government Field and Education Management and Professional Training in the Republic of Kosovo. Through it is aimed at drafting a new law facilitating procedures and adding to the accountability of institutions at all levels of education and professional training.

14. Adopted the Agency Rationalisation Program. Two waves of rationalisation have been adopted in the country so far, and today's plan represents the third wave in which the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the ministries of the line and various agencies will operate. In addition to the role of improving the administration, this rationalisation is also our commitment to the European Union through the European Agency for the EAR Reform, the growth plan (Growth Plan) and the overall reforms in the field of public administration that is one of the main pillars for EU integration.

15. Adopted the decision to offer temporary and immediate protection to a group of 15 Afghan citizens and members of their families threatened by internal conflict in Afghanistan. The defence process will be implemented in line with legislation in force and with international standards, including their verification to ensure national security.

16. Named the ad hoc Commission for Professional Education for Pronym for the position of senior governing category Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers.

17. Named the ad hoc Commission for Professional Education for Pronym for the position of senior governing category Director of the Procurement Central Agency under the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers.

18. Named Mr. Gafurr Dugolli in position of Secretary General of the Ministry of Defense.

Nineteen. I allocated 240 thousand euros for textbooks equipment by Albanian elementary school students in Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanoc. This division takes place on the basis of the memorandum signed between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Albanian National Council.
